Hand-crafted in China the 19th century, having a carved crest shaped rail, over relief decorated vasiform splat, flanked by turned stiles, rising above a seat with cane panel, atop scalloped apron with secret hidden single drawer storage compartment with hand cut dovetail joinery, resting on box stretcher joined square leg base terminating in traditional Ming style feet.
