Vintage French Louis XVI Ormolu Style Black Chinoiserie Porcelain Vase

Offering a vintage French brass ormolu style black porcelain ceramic vase with two ram heads holding a wreath in its mouth, circa Mid 20th century. It is mounted on an octagonal brass ormolu style base with brass ormolu style rim.

PLEASE NOTE: . This Chinese export item is made with great detailing to resemble authentic French antiques, although it is a Chinoiserie item. The French were amongst the first Europeans to collect Chinese Monochrome porcelains.

This tall ornate traditional vase will look impressive in a luxury Palm Beach style Decor. It came directly out of a Naples, Florida estate and was displayed on a mantelpiece.
