Stilnovo Ceiling Light in Painted Aluminium, Italy, 1965

A nice sized and rare chandelier designed and made by Stilnovo, Italy 1965. This extraordinary piece combines elements from two renowned models, the 1246 and 1088, resulting in a unique and floating design. with its floating and UFO-inspired appearance this chandelier has a minimalist and futuristic aesthetic. The central black ring divides the lamp into two sections, the closed disc part at the top and on the bottom the six white layered rings creating a warm, soft glow over your dining or coffee table. The lamps is made from aluminium and has a nice minimalistic and monochrome colour scheme. The ceiling cap is also made of aluminium. A notable detail is the cable and wire guide which is typical Stilnovo design.The lamp is in very good condition as it is fully refinished. The lamp uses an E27 bulb up to 100 watt and can also be used with LED or a dimmer. Stilnovo is an renowned Italian lighting company with a rich history and legacy.
