A fine two part married cherry highboy in cherry with a molded cornice surmounting an upper case with two over four graduated drawer configuration, and an associated lower case with replaced waist molding and a two over three drawer configuration, the center of which featuring a carved radial fan, over a nicely carved skirt, all supported by four cabriole legs terminating with ball and claw feet. New England in origin, dating to the 18th century, in very good overall condition, with great patina, restorations, shrinkage cracks, replaced batwing brasses, and light wear commensurate with age and use.
