American Queen Anne cherry flat top highboy with a molded edge cornice, two flanking upper case drawers with a centered fan carved drawer and four lower graduated drawers retaining the original brasses. Lower case has a carved molded edge with a centered fan carved drawer, three flanking drawers, shaped skirt with stylized acorns, scrolled volutes, and terminating on the original cabriole legs with pad feet. Connecticut, Mid-18th century. Secondary wood consists of white pine and tulip poplar.
